Ophelie Winter was born in Boulogne, France on February 20, 1974. Her mother was a French fashion model (she's presently her agent), while her father was a famous 70's Dutch pop singer. Winter knew at a young age that she wanted to be famous being born into a family of celebrities and talent (her older brother is a musician as well).
